Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds apply to paid subscriptions.

14-day refund

If you are not happy with a paid plan, request a full refund within 14 days of the charge by emailing contact@metunspaya.com.

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

The Free plan is, and always will be, free — no charge, no refund needed.

Email contact@metunspaya.com from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
